Bell Preston Reserve Apartments

I’ve lived here for 3 months now and feel comfortable giving a 5 star review 🙂 friendly and helpful office staff, fast and efficient maintenance, respectful, friendly, and diverse residents, great location in Cary, great gym and pool, and walking distance to the elementary school. The property is always clean and they have frequent community events. My only complaint is there’s no dog park/run.

I love living here. It’s pretty , well kept, close to almost everything. The staffs are very polite , friendly and ready to come out of their way to help. Any call at any needs is fixed promptly. I’m forever grateful and feel privileged to live here. Thank you all for all you do. Shout out to Tricia , Morgan and the maintenance staffs. Thank you again

My husband and I decided to sell our townhome and downsize. We searched throughout Cary and the surrounding area for a new home. After months of visiting apartment complexes we determined that Bell Preston Reserve Apartments was the place for us. Their Community Manager, Tricia Casey has been helping us make this transition and has been a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, answers our emails in a timely manner, and a good golf cart driver too! The apartments are located on a beautiful property in a great neighborhood, are spacious and well maintained. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Bell Preston Reserve Apartments if you are looking for a comfortable future home in Cary.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan (leasing consultant) and Stephanie (assistant community manager) at Bell Preston Reserve - both incredibly helpful in accommodating our leasing needs. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the community and was able to quickly find us a floor plan that met our requirements. He was also very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. Stephanie was equally helpful in assisting us with some follow-up items during the leasing process and was very responsive to our phone calls to ensure that everything was in order for our move-in. We are very grateful for the attentive care that Jonathan and Stephanie provided us. They made our move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We would also like to compliment the community on its large floor plans and convenient location. Our chosen apartment model is spacious and the community is located in a great area with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our apartment is the perfect solution for our current needs. Thank you for everything!

We've been renting here for about 4 months now and it has been one of the best experiences having lived in multiple cities in US & Canada. Leasing Experience: We had a specific challenge as we were moving to Cary,NC from Canada - but the leasing team Jonathan and Stephanie were outstanding. We were able to complete the whole process remotely and the team went out of their way to help us settle in. Living Experience: The apartments are pretty good specially the renovated ones. The real test of a good community is the service because there are often things that go wrong and the service team here is very prompt, professional and helpful. We've had few unfortunate accidents but the team has been super professional to help fix the issues and replace appliances when required. Location: As a new comer to the Cary region, I couldn't think of a better location with literally everything close by. Would recommend Bell Preston Reserve to anyone looking to move to the region.

I've been living here for almost 2 months now and I have to say I absolutely love it! Everything from the community to the staff has been exceptional! Morgan is amazing at what she does and is such a ray of sunshine to come by. Hey boo :) Jon was so kind to lend a helping hand to transport a large package to my unit. Thanks Jon! 👐 The maintenance team is quick and efficient with any service requests and completes it within 24-48 hrs.
